I agree. While I initially thought that he was acting like this and doing these things because he got caught, I'm starting to think that he's learning his lessons. How often has it taken something BIG for us to understand that this is not a game? Tip is just being more transparent with his journey and is showing us that celebrities are not immune to dumb decisions and the consequences of those decisions. Accountability is a big deal!

Hey Sabrina...I used to think that; but it's all about the research! I started looking into it and found out all the stuff that he did in Atlanta and was thoroughly impressed...

Accountability is the thing that separates us from children...I think he has learned that...

Instratin that you posted on this today because I heard him on the SHMS yesterday and initially I gave it the side eye. Why was Steve giving airtime to a criminal? I don't know if you were around when I did my Michael Vick rant on these celebs who are FORTUNATE enough to make it where so many can only dream of and they turn around and sh*t all over that blessing by getting involved in Negro nonsense. And the Black community embraces them. Anywho, I place TI in the same category. But as I listened to him speak on the SHMS, I see why Steve had him on and I want to believe that he has learned his lesson. I'm still mad at him though because like a lot of folks, there's something about him that I like and I'm disappointed in his actions.

Yeah...I know the mantra: "A crime is a crime is a crime..." and I was disappointed in him, terribly so, after he was arrested. But I think he's on the right path...I only hope that I'm not setting myself up to be disappointed again.

On the other hand, I can live with him saying that he made a mistake and trying to change his life, then forever living in denial, ala Robert Kelly.

First off, I enjoyed this song immensely because it's slow and I can understand every word without looking up the lyrics.

Before I ever heard his reference to God, I recognized "still I stand" and connected it to scripture.

I don't know anything about him, but I want to believe he's changed direction.

Target was sold out of his CD when I tried to pick it up. But I'll be sure to cop it.
