When He closes one door he opens up another. Good to hear you did the right thing despite the actions and attitudes of others.

    Your in my prayers.

It's hard sometimes Marva. It really is. I'm glad that you made the right decision for you. All the best in this new stage of your life.

D - It really is...but that is life; you take the good with the bad...

I am sitting here now, doubting my choice, doubting myself...I know that leaving that place was the right thing for me, but me...with no job? That is unheard of...

I'm feeling nauseated and full of fear, but there is this yearning that is bigger that keeps me looking forward...

Thanks for your well-wishes and support...

hey Marva, man God is truly working some things out, isn't he. One of these days I am going to tell you a story that you will find sadly familiar!
But in the mean time just know that God works all things out for the good of those who love him.
and as AJ said when God closes one door he opens another one! And his blessings abound!
    Peace & Love!

Girl, I found myself without a job once due to stress and I felt completely lost (I'd always had a job), but that particular job was making me physically ill - so I had to quit. God opened the door and gave me a better job making more money and with more flexibility. He WILL provide for you & yours, it's sometimes difficult to see it, just keep the faith.

I wholeheartedly agree with Regina. I certainly can give testimony on that one!

Like you, I have few if any regrets in life because I pay close attention to the lessons my experiences teach me. Holding fast to that has probably kept me out of the jailhouse!

Keep pushing girl. No testimony with a test.

AJ - The devil is always busy (as my Granny would say), and those doubts are proof of that...

But I never would have made it this far without Him...there is no reason for me to give up on Him now...

V - You can either choose to be bogged down by the negatives life throws at you, or turn them into positives...I choose the positive...

    Thanks, and I will!

Never doubt that "still small voice" guiding you. Girl, there will be plenty more times when you'll feel like you're on your own making it happen. Don't let the doubt cripple your faith. You know that you know it was time to move on. Now take a deep breath and thank Him for what's coming on the horizon!

B - Thanks for you always encouraging words! You and Regina (and my other blog sisters) always remind me, when I feel discouraged, to turn my face upward and forward...I truly appreciate that!
