Conversations With Marva: Old School Friday: Karaoke Songs

    Happy OSF Marvalus!

Unlike you, I'm not a great fan of karaoke. But I really do have to agree with you that in her prime, Whitney was untouchable and in a class all by herself. An incredible voice. It still saddens me about her downfall, and I will always miss those pipes.

Plus, it's not like she's old. There's always time for a comeback. Tryin my best to keep hope alive.

    Great choice.

Now you know I've tried singing this at the top of my lungs in the privacy of my own home right?

Good choice because I love that song. My experience with this form of entertainment is extremely limited. I don't think I would ever attempt to sing that song. In the shower at least it is a very difficult song to sing.

I haven't done much Karaoke but I'd say I've enjoyed folk doing it when they are drunk. And this is one entertaining song when done drunk. But yeah, this was Whitney at her PEAK.

I missed this week of Old School Fridays since I'm not really a fan of Karaoke and wasn't sure what made a Karaoke song, but I'll be back this Friday. Good song, always loved Whitney. I remember telling my friends about her before she was famous, I just thought she was so beautiful and talented.
