The Crosswalk
"Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology") was a staple in my house back in the day. The entire "What's Going On" album is one that is solid from beginning to end.
It's hard to top Gladys Knight when it comes to conveying heartbreak in a song. My favorite line in "If I Were Your Woman" is, "You're like a diamond
and she treats you like glass".
Marvin made me decide to through on my greatest hits CD today when I do my house work.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Girl you know you were born in a good year, don't you. I mean D---!
Nope, it definitely was not just your imagination. These are some classic picks, no doubt.
The Temptations: Oh boy, my Dad's favorite line about them - "You will NEVER have music like this!!!"...lol
Marvin, oh Marvin. The words escape me...could you imagine what he would be churning out now if he was still with us?
Gladys: Well that lady will forever be a voice to reckon with. Effortless singing.
3 great picks lovely. What can I honestly say?
My gift to you all: The Beatles singing the classic Happy Birthday song!
The Temps were some hard working brothers! Hits in my birth year, yours and probably everything in between.
When picking my video I came across a clip of the Temps movie so tonight I have to watch it and the 5 heartbeats!
Have a great weekend!
During the election this year, that Marvin Gaye song was timeless. I felt like he wrote it today, it was so relevant. Will forever be the non-classic classic.
"If I were your woman, and you were my man", you were born in great year. I had to really search through some stuff to find the good ones in my year.
1. Create a playlist of the songs you want in your player.
2. At the top of the screen under account select the option MORE.
3. Under MORE you will find the Custom Video Player option, click on that.
4. Click on Create a Custom Video Player.
5. You name your player, select the color and the layout (choose the first layout).
6. Choose your playlist from the list and click on generate a code.
You tube will generate a embedded code for you to cut and paste in your blog. I hope this helps.
Happy OSF
Love those choices.
