    Bob Marley's Stir It Up is relaxing but I usually need something that gets my blood moving in a good direction, something with a little swing and a little jive and some boogie woogie - come on, you know where I'm going here - Big Bands!

    I was that slow kid who heard Bombs Over Baghdad, and then when I saw the video went back to school asking .."But who's Bob?"

    This is too funny, my first choice was Bombs Over Baghdad, but when I added Linkin Park, I thought hmmmm, too much rage, so I switched to Mel Waiters. Yes, BOB gets me going, and is certainly a de-stresser.
