I love this movie. I couldn't wait to buy the DVD. As soon as it hit the stores I got it and watched it that night. First, I hated the alt ending. My daughter liked it cause Will didn't die. I told her that he wouldn't be a legend if he had drove off with that woman. Giving her the cure and sacrificing himself made him the legend. Will always does great acting and in this movie I thought he was so good. When his friend died and he went to the video store and was like say Hi back. Man I had tears I felt so bad for him.
This is a must see movie. Only thing Will needed as the last man on earth was . . .me.
    Forgive all my misspelled words.

I couldn't stay awake for the movie. Me and my boyfriend when and saw it. He enjoyed it very much. Then he later brought it, I fell asleep again. So I guess I wasn't too much into the movie.

Marcus - I got ya, bruh...

Sharon - Girl, I knew I would enjoy it (Will) but the movie itself was great! I hated the alternate ending also...took away from what the movie was about, what the character was about, I thought...Yeah, when he was in the video store speaking to the mannequin, I felt a little teary...

And I'd fight you over that "you" and Will thing being last on Earth...fight you hard!

Yes. It was a great movie.

After you finish reading the book you should watch "The Omega Man."

Urban - The Omega Man, huh? With Charlton Heston? I'll watch...I kinda (((heart))) Charlton Heston...

    Thanks!

I love this movie too. Omega Man and I Am Legend were very, very different--but I like them equally for different reasons. Tho I must say, after seeing Will's version, Charlton's mignt seem a bit dated.
