    I know this may sound superficial and shallow, but I was hoping I would be on your list! haha Your blog has become one of my favorites, and I'm glad you think highly of mine. I also love ALL of the blogs you mentioned, and visit them regularly.

    I have also recently discovered Angry Gay Black Canadian, and first visited cause of his views on Black Hollywood. Yes, his posts are lengthy...I would almost call them more like essays, but they are well thought out, and very well written. He is the blog to read to get a break from the fluffery and puffery.

    Anyhoo--a fabulous holiday to you, may you receive many expensive gifts, lol. Thanks again for the recognition.

    oooooohhhh, I am almost speechless...almost! Thank you so much for this award! I am truly touched. I visit some of the ones that you have mentioned, and will make it my business to hit the others. I was so fortunate to find this blog, and it has been a joy for me on a regular basis! I got into blogging through a white lady I worked with and had a hard time finding black blogs that I could relate to, or could tolerate! But yours was about the 3rd one I found and has been a favorite ever since! Keep up the good work, you are a blessing to the masses!
