It's hard realizing you are free, it's hard realizing in every situation you have a choice, and it's most hard realizing only you can control how you feel.

My pastor says no one can make you angry or unhappy. He then says I know some of you wives will disagree, but it's true, no one or nothing can steal your joy. It's all a matter of freedom and control. I haven't gotten their, yet, but I'm working on it.
