    Oh, I like this. This was te weekend we wished for - to be left alone. My wife, daughter and I have not had a weekend alone in a long time and we wanted to have a weekend to ourselves. We were going to unplug the phone and switch off our mobile phones. Friday, we get a call from a friend of ours who had had a fight with her man who told her and her son to leave and never come back (and so on). She saw us as the only people who could accomodate them and we can't say no to a friend in need. We just need to get out of town for a weekend and just have family time and a break from everyone!

    well, since 'technically' now it's a different day, i can at least bother you to just leave a simple comment ;-) but nice poem... i used to write them all the time too! i have a blog of just some of my poems, but dont update that as frequently as my regular blog...

    but i'll be back to read up on some more stuff!
