One of the best parts of adding 90s music to my radio show is that I get the chance to play artists like Maxwell! Did you hear that Maxwell is scheduled to release a trilogy of albums (Black Summers' Night) over the next 3 years? Black should be coming out sometime this year, with Summers' due in 2009, and Night set to drop in 2010. You can hear a snippet of a track from the album "Black" (Pretty Wings) on his MySpace page:

I'm not speaking to you Marva! I'm just not. Maxwell is even MORE of a deal breaker. I found out he'll eb at Radio City in early October, but I'm not going back home until the end of October. I might have to change plans for this one. :-)

I'm not sure if I'm the Ms. V you're referring to but I am SO glad you're up on this! If you're buying tix on line, you better be all set up the SECOND they are released for sale. LOL! I have a bet going as to how long it will take for them to sell out. Some people have even talked about camping out. Lawdhamercy. I am anxiously awaiting the DC/Philly/Bmore dates and stocking away some chips. Those tix will be pricey but worth every penny!
