SjP · 1 year agoThis is such great news. Truly a well deserved honor. Some years ago, I had the great pleasure of meeting one of the first Black women pilots. Her name was Willa Brown. What was truly amazing about her story was that she actually trained some of the Tuskeegee airmen at a small little airport in my (little and all Black) hometown in Illinois.
