Conversations With Marva: Back To The Real World

Just when I think I've heard it all, I am truly at a loss for words.

    Me too, Ada...me too...

I wonder if Hillary truly understands the horror of her words? Her apology later in the day was to the Kennedy family ... not a word to the Obama family or to the rest of the nation who listened/watched in horror that Hillary would evoke the memory of an assassination as a reason for her campaign to continue.

    Hillary ... just GO AWAY!

I was just going to ask if you had seen Keith Olbermann's special comment, but I see you already have it up at your spot...

She did look a little sick when she made that "apology"...I don't even call it an apology, it was more of a "oops"...I'm tired of her shit and enough is enough!

I'm so confused! Thank God, I don't follow this stuff because I would be just as upset as you are.

We've all recognized the warning signs. Unfortunately, we now have evidence.

I don't know why she ever moved to NY and then the voted her in the Senate. Big mistake!

Oh, and please send word to Obama that if he even thinks of having her as VP most folk may run the other way. I'm just sayin'!

Villager added video from Keith Olbermann, "We Cannot Forgive You Senator Clinton." Go check it out!

It is what it is! This angers and scares the hell out of me! I just can't believe that she would let those words come out of her mouth! The fact that she will not force fully retract the statement is telling. "I apologize if what I said/did offended you" is not an apology but a politically correct appeasement that does not acknowledge that the behavior or statement in an of itself was wrong. But of course, HRC's supporters, hard working supporters, white supporters won't call it like that! But we all know it to be true. I just pray that one of these idiots don't take this statement as her call to act!

I just can't believe that this woman was able to pull the wool over my eyes for so many years!

This is the second time she made that comment.
This time she did it on television.
Her lame attempt at an apology angered me even more it was not even for Obama.

I first thought she was sending a message. She may be. That is what happens when people get desperate. She is relying on one of her supporters to make it happen for her.

    Hello Queen,

This is President Barack Obama's time and season and there's absolutely "nuthin'" human hands can do to stop Obama from steppin' into his divinely ordained destiny. It's so obvious to me that God has His hand on the Obama, his life, and his family. So I'm not going to waste time worrying about him, his life, or his family. But I am going to keep on praying for the Obama family.

Isn't it interesting to see how Adversity has an uncanny way of exposing the truth about a person's character? I wonder what HRC's supporters will choose to do now that they can see that she's the last person you want answering the phone at 3 am. For the first time, the whole world can see exactly what Michelle Obama already knew about HRC. The Clintons managed to blow any chance HRC had of becoming Obama's running mate.

    Believer - I checked Villager's post of KO's beat down of her...wooo!

SjP - I think we all have been fooled...

Sharon - That was no apology, and I think that is what angered me most...

Manchild - You are so right and thank you for helping me to focus on the trueness of this moment...

And although many want Obama to "get low and get dirty" with her, I am so glad that he continues to take the high road...because it is true that it is dire circumstances that reveal the true character in us all...all the more reason for me to believe in Obama!!

At this point she is making a fool out of herself and putting her political future at risk.

That is why I am always so glad when someone makes comments like this during the race; it is like turning on a spotlight...

She did look absolutely sick when she apologized.

She did not apologize to Obama.

    I agree with Manchild.

And finally, even if she didn't mean to be harmful, to say something about Bobby Kennedy's death, while Ted Kennedy lays in the hospital with a malignant tumor makes her even more repugnant than ever.

I am absolutely and completely through with her.
