Personally, I like Beyonce also. I think that sometimes it can get annoying hearing about her everywhere but, she is doing her thing. So, I admire her.
Jay-z and her are a good match. You know he business savvy so he is imparting her with all types of knowledge.
And I still listen to her just about every other day, she is on my workout CD. She got me wanting to work it like her.

@Sharon - I'm glad to hear that I'm not alone...there is a lot to admire about her and I'm no longer a closet fan of hers...
